In these Terms & Conditions, “Hotel”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Hotel RS Grand. “Guest”, “you”, and “your” refer to anyone making a reservation or staying at the hotel. “Website” means hotelrsgrandvns.com.

These Terms are originally written in English. If there is any conflict between translations, the English version will be considered final.

Room Reservations

All bookings at Hotel RS Grand are subject to room availability. Reservations can be made through our website, phone number, or walk-in at the reception.

You must provide accurate contact details while booking. Incorrect details may result in cancellation.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-In Time: 12:00 PM 
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Pricing & Taxes

Room rates displayed on our website or provided by our staff include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be rounded for display purposes, but the payable amount will always be based on the final calculation.

Payments

We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other available methods at the property.

Advance payment may be required for confirming the booking. Failure to pay the advance may lead to cancellation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in time may be eligible for refund (as per our refund rules).

No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must maintain cleanliness and behave responsibly during their stay.

Any damage to hotel property caused by guests may result in additional charges.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, loud noise, or disturbance to other guests is strictly prohibited.

Hotel RS Grand reserves the right to evict guests without refund for violating rules.

Hotel Responsibilities

We ensure clean rooms, safety, and basic amenities as mentioned on our website.

However, we are not responsible for loss of personal belongings unless kept in the dedicated locker.

Liability

Hotel RS Grand is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages caused due to natural disasters, accidents, or situations beyond our control.
