At Hotel RS Grand, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process for all guests. By making a reservation, you agree to follow the terms mentioned in this policy.
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the booking type.
Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive without informing the hotel, the booking amount will be fully forfeited.
Special rates, discounted bookings, festival days, and promotional offers may be marked as non-refundable. The policy will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
Date changes or booking modifications are subject to room availability. Price differences (if any) will be applicable. Modifications requested within 24 hours of arrival may not be accepted.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method. Payment gateway or bank processing charges are not refundable.
If a guest checks out earlier than the booked duration, refunds for unused nights are not applicable.
In rare cases, the hotel may cancel a booking due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen situations. In such cases, the guest will receive either:
