Hotel Rules & Guest Policy

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, Hotel RS Grand follows the rules and policies listed below. By staying with us, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 12:00 PM 
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification Requirements

All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.) at the time of check-in. PAN Card is not accepted for check-in as per government rules.

Room Usage Rules

  • Keep the room clean and maintain hotel property responsibly.
  • Any damage to items (TV, furniture, linen, etc.) will be charged at checkout.
  • Cooking inside rooms is not allowed unless the room type permits it.
  • Guests should switch off lights, AC, and electrical appliances when leaving the room.

Visitor Policy

  • Visitors are allowed in the lobby or common areas only.
  • Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms without permission from the front desk.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to visitors after 10 PM.

Safety & Security

  • CCTV cameras operate in common areas for guest safety.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited in lockers.
  • Emergency exits and safety instructions are displayed on the property.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  • Drug use, gambling, and misconduct will result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms unless in designated smoking rooms.
  • Loud noise or disturbance affecting other guests is not permitted.

Payment & Billing

  • Full payment must be made at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • Extra charges such as room service, damage fees, or additional amenities must be cleared at checkout.

Children & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children are welcome under adult supervision.
  • Extra bed charges apply if requested.

Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside food is allowed only in designated areas (if permitted by the hotel).
  • Alcohol consumption may be restricted based on local regulations.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises unless specified for certain room categories.

Loss or Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings unless kept in hotel lockers.

Right to Refuse Service

Hotel RS Grand reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any guest engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
